Lost or stolen packages

HERB QUEENS CANNOT contact any shipping company on your behalf.

When the package leaves our facility, the customer is responsible for the package.

HERB QUEENS is NOT responsible for:

the refund or re-ship of any packages due to the following circumstances: 

- shipments lost in the SHIPPING process. 

- shipments stolen in the SHIPPING process.

- returned packages due to incorrect address or undeliverable.
